Privacy
This page explains what happens to personal data on digitalworlds.cc. It is written to satisfy Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Digital Worlds, Warsaw, Poland. For any question about your data, write to privacy@digitalworlds.cc.
What we collect
This site has no contact form, no analytics script and no advertising. It sets no cookies.
If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that email — typically your name, address and the content of your message. Our mail is hosted by OVH SAS in the European Union.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and requested page. These are kept by OVH for security and diagnostic purposes.
Why we may process it
Correspondence is processed to answer you and, if we work together, to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after twelve months. Client correspondence is kept for the length of the engagement plus the retention period required by Polish accounting and tax law. Server logs are retained according to OVH's own schedule.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email provider, OVH SAS. Our accountant, for anything that becomes an invoice. Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@digitalworlds.cc and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
